The User PerspectiveFrom a users perspective, using ParkMagic SRS couldn't be easier. When a user wishes to book they simply their a car park and their desired dates from an intuitive web interface, select the payment method, confirm and pay. As soon as payment is successfully processed the user receives an email and/or text message detailing the booking details and the PIN needed to enter and exit the parking lot. On arrival at the parking lot, the user enters their personal pin to either enter or exit the car park and once used for an entry and exit, the PIN is automatically discarded by the ParkMagic system.Travellers who arrive early to the parking facility may be automatically rebooked depending on space availability and those returning late for whatever reason have their overstay automatically billed. The entire process is automatic and requires no user interventionThe Operator PerspectiveFrom the operators perspective, the system has no operational impact. Once fitted by ParkMagic engineers, there is no visible equipment on site with the exception of the weatherproof keypads at the entry and exit points. All activity at the barriers is monitored constantly by the ParkMagic central billing platform twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. customer support, when required, is provided by the ParkMagic support centre.
